World Clinical Trials Day

Join us to celebrate World Clinical Trials Day, Monday 20 May, 2024

World Clinical Trials Day poster 2024

To celebrate World Clinical Trials day, we are inviting all Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) and Telethon Kids Institute (TKI) researchers to showcase their work by setting up a stall.

If you are a researcher, having a stall will help you give colleagues and the public special insights into the important work your do to improve the lives of sick children and young people in Western Australia.

Stall can be either:

  • public facing, on the ground floor from 9am to 12pm
  • health professional facing, in the collegiate lounge form 9am to 3pm

Please complete this survey to register and notify us of your preferences.

For families there will be opportunities to learn and have fun, with the Telethon Kids Institute discovery trolley, Captain Starlight, face painting, and other child-friendly activities. The day will be themed around citrus - in recognition of the first known clinical trial which  investigated the treatment of scurvy in the 1700s.
