07/03/2025

The Child and Adolescent Health Services (CAHS) is inviting families and consumers to nominate staff and volunteers who have provided exceptional care and service at Perth Children’s Hospital and Neonatology, Child and Adolescent Community Health, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.

The CAHS Annual Excellence Awards celebrate individuals who go above and beyond in their roles, making children and families feel heard, valued, and safe.

These awards shine a spotlight on those who deliver exceptional service, co-design care with families, and improve the overall consumer experience.

Award winners will be chosen based on their alignment with CAHS values of Compassion, Collaboration, Equity, Respect, Excellence, and Accountability.

Nominations are now open and will close at 5pm on Monday, 31 March 2025.

Families, patients, and consumers who have experienced care at CAHS are encouraged to nominate deserving staff and volunteers through the nomination form.
