This free group looks at baby's sleep and getting to sleep for 6 to 12 month olds

Let's Sleep

Who is this program for?

Let’s Sleep is a free program to support parents and carers with babies aged 6 to 12 months experiencing issues with settling and sleep.

What will I learn?

The Let’s Sleep program looks at:

  • how to establish good sleep patterns
  • realistic expectations of sleep
  • sleep and sleep settling strategies
  • sharing ideas and strategies with the group to support each other.

What is involved?

This is a single, group session for up to two hours.

Please do not bring babies and children over 6 months to the session except for feeding. You will need to make your own child care arrangements for them.
