Let's Sleep

This free group looks at baby's sleep and getting to sleep for 6 to 12 month olds

Let's Sleep

Who is this program for

The free Let’s Sleep program is for parents and carers of babies aged 6 to 12 months who are experience issues with settling and sleep.

What the program covers

The Let’s Sleep program looks at:

  • how to establish good sleep patterns
  • realistic expectations of sleep
  • sleep and sleep settling strategies
  • sharing ideas and strategies with the group to support each other.

What is involved

This is a single, group session for up to two hours.

Please do not bring babies and children over the age of six months to the session except for feeding. You will need to make your own child care arrangements for them.
