Register for an immunisation appointment

Immunisations are a simple and safe way to protect children and adults against harmful diseases.

Thanks to immunisation, many serious diseases are rare in Australia today. If we stop immunising our children and families, these diseases can come back.

Visit the HealthyWA website to learn more.

Your child's immunisations

The Childhood Immunisation Record card, found in the Purple Book, shows when your child's vaccinations are due.

Having all immunisations on time helps to keep your child safe from disease. Aboriginal children and those with a medical risk condition may need extra immunisations.

Make sure all families members are also up to date with vaccinations.
