Service change: Mental Health appointments
Telehealth appointments
With no community transmission of COVID-19 we have increased the number of face to face appointments.
Telehealth, a web-based video consultation service, will continue to be offered as an option for children and young people when appropriate.
A Telehealth appointment is just like any other appointment. The only difference is you will be talking to your clinician on the telephone or seeing them on a screen. These consultations are best run in Google Chrome. Read more about Telehealth appointments here.
Keeping in touch
You will receive a SMS before any appointments where we will do a health check-in with you before we meet.
We will also use SMS when we need to give you updates or information about how we are trying to reduce the risk of infection.
