Triple P – Positive Parenting Program

Triple P – Positive Parenting Program teaches practical, effective ways to manage the big and small problems of family life, and build stronger relationships.

Who is this program for

This program is for parents of children aged 3 to 8 years.

What the program covers

The Triple P program covers common behavioural issues such as:

  • tantrums
  • mealtime difficulties
  • whingeing
  • challenging behaviours
  • hurting others
  • wandering.

What is involved

There are a range of programs offered by Triple P. Please ask your child health nurse about which one is most suitable for you.

Triple P Seminar Series

The FREE Seminar Series Triple P provides an introduction to the principles of positive parenting for parents and carers of children aged 3 to 8 years.

The program consists of three, 90 minute seminars on:

• Power of Positive Parenting
• Raising Positive Parenting
• Raising Resilient Children 

Triple P – DG - Disobedience

Triple P Discussion Groups are short sessions focusing on a common topic that parents and carers of 3 to 6 years olds often struggle with, such as challenging behaviour, fighting, aggression or tantrums in public places such as shopping centres.

Programs fill quickly and bookings are essential. Be COVID Safe. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, we may need to run parenting groups virtually (online).
